Author Guideline

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. The article submitted should have a topic consistent with the journal's Focus and Scope. The topic chosen should explore national or international issues and contribute to the development of science and technology. Articles with universal or international scope will have more consideration to be published.
  2. The article submitted must be original and contribute to science and technology measured by its novelty/new ideas.
  3. Author(s) should ensure that the paper provides up-to-date information, critical analysis, relevant findings, implications for future research, and conclusion that contributes to new theories or creates scientific model/methods.
  4. The review process is a double-blind review supported by qualified reviewers in their field.
  5. The editorial team has the right to change the format of the manuscript without changing any substantial content.
  6. Please attach questionnaires and any related supporting documents used in the research.
  7. All of the information regarding the article publication process will be notified by the editor and addressed by the author only via the OJS page.

ARTICLE GUIDELINES

  1. The author(s) should write the article in Bahasa Indonesia or English using a formal style (consistent with PUEBI and KBBI if written in Bahasa Indonesia and consistent with grammar if written in English).
  2. The title should be specific, effective, and informative. It is not more than 12 words.
  3. The front page consists of the name of the author(s) written without any academic degree, affiliation, and email address.
  4. The abstract should not exceed 250 words. It covers the objectives of the study, data/object of study, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  5. The author(s) should include keywords between three and six words. It reflects the concept/variables of the study.
  6. The article consists of four parts: an introduction, research method, research results, and conclusion.
  7. The introduction covers the background of the study, motivation in writing the paper, theories, objectives of the study, and novelty.
  8. The research method covers the research design, the technique of data collecting and analysis, the research model, and variables definition and measurement.
  9. The research result covers the informative results of empirical research. The author(s) should write it systematically and critically. Tables and figures can be presented to support the discussion, for example, a table of statistics-test results, figures, etc. Discussion of results should be argumentative and should point out how the findings, theories, previous study, and empirical facts are relevant and contribute something new to the knowledge of management or accounting field.
  10. The conclusion covers the study's brief and clear results, contributions to new theories, and new ideas for future research. Here, the author(s) should also bring forward the theoretical and practical implications of the study.
  11. The reference and citation in the article should be no more than ten years. 80% of citations written in the paper should be from primary sources derived from national and international research articles. The more primary references the paper has, the more qualified the paper will be. The author(s) should use the 6th APA (Americal Psychological Association) style and manage by using reference managers such as Mendeley, Endnote, or Zotero.
  12. The article should consist of 10-25, including references.
  13. The maximum allowed plagiarism of the article is 25 percent (25%).
