Abstract

This study aims to describe the role and management of the Venezia Membaca community in promoting public literacy from the perspective of Sharia Business Management. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that the community implements management functions through planning, task allocation, and collective financial management, reflecting the values of trustworthiness (amanah), justice, transparency, and public benefit (maslahah). The existence of Venezia Membaca contributes to enhancing literacy culture, fostering creativity, and developing the character of the younger generation. Furthermore, it serves as an example of social entrepreneurship based on Sharia values that supports the improvement of human resource quality.
