COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS
IJSS: International Journal of Social Sciences is committed to providing a fair and transparent process for handling complaints and appeals regarding editorial decisions or ethical concerns.
Procedures:
- Submission: Complaints must be submitted in writing via the official journal email.
- Appeals: Authors may appeal a rejection if they can provide a clear rebuttal to the reviewers' or editors' comments.
- Review: Every complaint will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or a delegated member of the Editorial Board who was not involved in the original decision.
- Resolution: The journal aims to provide a formal response and resolution within four weeks of receiving the complaint.
The final decision on any appeal rests with the Editor-in-Chief. This process ensures that all scientific contributions are evaluated with the highest integrity.
