Withdrawal of Manuscripts
WITHDRAWAL OF MANUSCRIPTS
!
Authors are discouraged from withdrawing submitted manuscripts after the peer-review process has begun. However, if a withdrawal is unavoidable, authors must adhere to the following policy:
- Request: A formal withdrawal request must be sent via email to the Editor-in-Chief.
- Reasoning: Authors must provide a valid and detailed reason for the withdrawal.
- Confirmation: Withdrawal is only official once the author receives a confirmation email from the editorial office.
- Ethics: Withdrawing a manuscript because it has been accepted by another journal (double submission) is a serious ethical violation.
If the manuscript is withdrawn after the review process is complete or during the production stage, the journal reserves the right to impose sanctions for future submissions.
